10ml Chartreuse green

15ml Aperol

22.5ml fresh lime juice

10ml homemade chilli & mango syrup

 

Shaken and double strained in to a Coupette

 

Thomas delighted us with a fabulously zingy and herbal concoction, which was impressively created in the spur of the moment as he entered the competition last minute.
