35ml La Medida Espadin Mezcal

15ml 30-30 Tequila Anejo

10ml Abricot du Roussillon

10ml Amaro Montenegro

2 dashes of Black Walnut Bitters

 

Stirred down and strained into a rocks glass with an orange twist garnish.

 

A wonderful drink that celebrated agave in all its glory. With delicate flavours of apricot and walnut, complimenting the cocktail Julien created a fabulously moreish drink.
