40ml La Medida Espadin Mezcal

7.5 Fernet Branca

20ml fresh lime juice

15ml Chartreuse green

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

 

Shaken and single strained into a highball, topped with Ginger ale

 

The Espadin agave, which is the most commonly used agave species for making Mezcal, takes its name from ‘espaldes’ or ‘swords’ as its long, straight and sharp leaves resemble the shape and sting of a sword.

 

 

A very easy going cocktail that can be enjoyed all night, perfect sweet & dry balance.
