Cafe Roya Food Pairing & Masterclass:
16th June 2019 – Tequila and Mezcal

To showcase the incredible diversity and tremendously rich culture of Mexico I will be hosting a Tequila & Mezcal Masterclass at Cafe Roya in Beeston, where we will delve in to the past, the myths, the legends and explore the back breaking production methods used to create our favourite spirit.

Alongside me chatting away about a spirit I’m passionate about and it’s history we will also be tasting a range of agave products. Perfect for entry level Tequila drinkers, those who *dare I say it* don’t like the spirit and those who wish to learn more, this is a session where everyone is welcome to join!

Even better Roya will be serving up some amazing dishes to enjoy alongside the spirits I will be bringing that perfectly pair with the flavours and our journey throughout ancient Mexico
