Julian Gomez Fabila, brand owner of La Medida Mezcal will be joining us from Mexico City via Zoom to talk all about his beautiful brand La Medida, where and how it’s made with a vitual tour of the palenque, and of course introduce the category of artisan Mezcal and how through his brand he is bringing together families from different areas, showcasing their Mezcal, which has been passed down over many generations.

• Walk through of the production processes involved in artisan Mezcal
