The pinas are cooked for 3 days in a traditional horno using oak wood and then are expertly fermented and distilled by artisan Maestro Mezcaleros who transform and re-create their own essence and spirit from the maguey into their mezcal
Tobala is the smokiest of the Medida range with a gorgeously smooth and crisp taste, very gentle on the palate with a lingering taste of minerality that reminds of wet clay
