It is an absolutely delicious and smooth spirit, a fantastic introduction to the world of Sotol. As with each Mezcal, flavours vary from one to another.
Sotol Ono is a 100% Artisanal Sotol made from 100% Dasylirion Cedrosanum and handcrafted in Aldama, Chihuahua, northern Mexico by Gerardo Ruelas, who is a 3rd generation maestro. He is part of a family who has produced this fine spirit for centuries!
