The distillery, Compania Tequilera Hacienda La Capilla, is located in the Los Altos regions of Jalisco, east of Guadalajara, which is argued by many as producing better tequila, since the soils are richer and give the agaves sweeter & fruitier notes.
The original owner Don Antonio ‘The maestro’ dedicated his life to the magueys he grew and to the production of a delicious Tequila.
