This fantastic ensamble was created by Master distiller Gerardo Ruelas and uses 3 types of Dasylirion: Texanum, Leiophyllum and Cedrosanum.
It is produced by cooking the pinas in earthen pits for 5 days, fermented in wood and triple distilled.
