Description
The team behind this lovely Raicilla consists of only family members and the locals of Sierra Madre, all of whom are entirely dedicated to ancient traditions and respect to the maguey.
In the 16th century mining village of the misty mountains of San Sebastian del Oeste, the family work alongside a team of botanists who study and protect the wild agaves (amongst other endangered species), and therefore only harvest mature wild agaves and limiting their production to sustainable batch quantities.
In ancient tribes the Ninfas, Thalurania Ridgewayi or Mexican wood nymphs, represent human souls bound for the afterlife.
