*Chi Chi Wah Wah* by myself, Jen Aspell

Chi Chi Wah Wah

40 ml Ono Sotol
20 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Agave syrup

Coriander
1 dash Hellfire bitters

Garnish a tumbler/rocks glass with Tajin salt.

Shake all ingredients, strain and pour into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
